160916 - Talking about the Front Rack Position

So after walking a bunch of athletes through 1 on 1 OnRamp this week the one issue that was an issue in all of them was getting into a good front rack position!

The main issues were the following

1. Lack of wrist flexibility

2. Big curve of the lumbar spine

3. Not able to get the bar to rest on the shoulder

These can all be solved with a few different stretching and mobility exercises
